Cancellation Policy

To cancel or change your booking, please call us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that unavoidable emergencies can arise in which you'll need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment and we can make exceptions to accommodate those instances. But if it becomes a pattern, we do reserve the right to shave off one of your eyebrows when you least expect it. Only one. We'll leave it up to you to as to whether you shave the other or bear the shame of one eyebrow.
